Art Tutoring

While we are lucky enough to have fantastic art programs in our local high schools, you may find that teenagers who are creatively gifted need more attention to foster proficiency for the HSC and beyond. 

In addition to having tutored students for many years, ​I understand the high school structure and demands of Visual Art. I earned a mark of 99 for Visual Arts myself, which ranked me 4th in the state, as well as being accepted into ArtExpress. 

Since then, I have gone on to graduate with Distinction from a double degree in Fine Arts and Arts from UNSW.

​My specialities are sketching, oil painting, composition and colour theory, but I gladly assist with other mediums.

Sessions

Each session is a tailored for the student's specific needs. It is my experience that huge growth can occur in a safe, nurturing relationship developed by one-on-one tuition. The aim is to foster not only creative skills, but to develop creative courage. 

Tuition can be purely practical or mix in theory at your request. We will work on specific projects but also use exercises to expand the student's knowledge and ability.
